钬激光腔内治疗前列腺增生症并膀胱结石临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨钬激光在前列腺增生症并膀胱结石治疗中的应用及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析钬激光碎石加钬激光前列腺剜除术治疗39例良性前列腺增生症患者的临床资料。结果43例患者均顺利完成手术。碎石时间为（28.1±14.7）min,前列腺剜除时间为（43.8±21.3）min,术中冲洗液量为（15.8±9.3）L,术后膀胱冲洗时间为2~3 d。术中1例出现冲洗液外渗。术后随访3个月,国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、生活质量评分（QOL）、最大尿流率（Qmax）同术前比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论钬激光能安全有效治疗前列腺增生症并膀胱结石。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of simultaneous transurethral treatment for benign prostate hyperplasia（BPH） accompany with bladder stones by holmium laser.Methods Totally 39 men who underwent simultaneous holmium laser enucleation of the prostate with transurethral holmium laser cystolithotfips（HLC） at our institution were selected.Results All operations were successfully,one patient had a urinous infiltration respectively.All the cases were followed up for 3 months,international prostate symptom score（IPSS）,quality of life（QOL） and Qmax improved significantly compared with preoperation（P0.01）.Conclusion The holmium laser can be a safe way for treating BPH accompany with bladder stone.
