咪喹莫特乳膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗扁平疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨咪喹莫特乳膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗扁平疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法78例患者随机分为两组,试验组40例外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏,每晚1次,对照组38例外用0.1%维A酸乳膏,每晚1次,两组同时肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸2mL,每周3次,8周为一疗程。结果试验组有效率为85.00%,对照组为55.26%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),试验组的有效率高于对照组。治疗过程中试验组3例、对照组5例出现不良反应。结论咪喹莫特乳膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗扁平疣有较好的疗效,安全性高,不良反应少。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety on treating verruca plana with imiquimod cream and polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus calmette-guerin （BCG-PSN）. Methods Seventy-eight patients with velTuca plana were divided into two groups at random. Forty patients in study group were treated with 5% imiquimod cream topically once a night, while thirty-eight patients in the other group were treated with 0.1% victoria A acid cream topically once a night. At the same time all patients were treated by intramuscular injection of BCG-PSN, 3 times per week, per 2 mL, eight weeks for one course of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 85.00% , and the control group was 55.26%. There was significant differences between the two groups. In the course of treatment, there were three cases of adverse reactions in the study group and five cases of adverse reactions in the other group. Conclusion Imiquimod cream combined with BCG-PSN is an effective and safe method in the treatment of verruea plana.
