复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常性银屑病有效性与安全性评价

摘　　要：目的观察复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法将140例寻常性银屑病患者分为治疗组(复方氟米松软膏2次/d外用)、对照组(糠酸莫米松软膏2次/d外用)各70例,采用多中心、随机、阳性药物平行对照的方法进行临床观察,观察时间为4周。结果治疗4周时两组患者的痊愈率分别为24.28%和15.71%,有效率分别为77.14%和58.57%,治疗组的有效率明显高于观察组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论复方氟米松软膏是一种安全有效的治疗寻常性银屑病的外用药物。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Compound Flumetasone Ointment for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A randomized muhicenter clinical study with positive control was carried out. One hundred and forty patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into two groups and treated for four weeks. The treatment group was treated with Compound Flumetasone Ointment therapy （ B. i. d） and the control group was treated with Eloeon（B. i. d）. Results The curative rates were 24.28% in the treatment group and 15.71% in the control group. The efficacy rates were 77.14% and 58.57% respectively. The efficacy rate of treatment group were higher than that of control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. There was not adverse reaction occured in both two groups. Conclusions Compound Flumetasone Ointment is an effective and safe topical agent for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
