真皮干细胞与皮肤衰老关系的研究进展

摘　　要：真皮干细胞(dermalstemcells,DSC)是近年在真皮中分离出的一类成体干细胞,在一定条件下可分化为成纤维细胞、骨细胞、脂肪细胞等。其研究主要集中在皮肤组织工程、创伤修复等方面,但有关其在皮肤衰老中的作用还鲜见报道。皮肤衰老主要与真皮成纤维细胞减少、衰老及其生物学特性改变有关,而DSC在一定条件下通过表达细胞因子能激活或分化为成纤维细胞,进而刺激胶原、弹力蛋白等分泌和合成,增强细胞外基质,促进消除皱纹和增加皮肤弹性,为抗皮肤衰老提供新的途径。Dermal stem cell （DSC） is a kind of adult stem cells isolated from dermis in recent years, which can differentiate into cells with phenotypic properties of fibroblasts, osteocytes and adipocytes in specific inducing media. The studies of DSC focus primarily on skin and tissue-engineering, wound repair and so on, but rare reports on skin aging. Skin aging is mainly associated with reduction, aging and biologic characteristic changing of fibroblasts, while DSC is able to activate or differentiate into fibroblasts by expressing cytokines in particular condition. Furthermore, DSC can stimulate fibroblasts to secrete and synthesize collagen or elastin, and then heighten the extracellular matrix, finally eliminate wrinkles and strengthen skin elasticity. These will provide a novel approach for anti-skin aging.
