摘　　要：本文以中医45个口部症状为线索,与西医学中相应症状的名称及临床特征进行了比较,发现中医口部症状的特色在于更重视口腔及其分泌物的气味异常以及唇、齿、龈的色泽的改变;其不足之处在于对牙齿形态、结构、数量等异常认识不够,应借鉴西医学中相关内容,并将其纳入到中医口部症状中,以补充和完善中医症状体系。This study compared the mouth symptoms between the Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine. The results showed that the TCM pays more attention to the odor and color of the mouth, lips, teeth, gums and secretions than western medicine, but is less aware of the morphology, structure and number of the teeth. It was suggested that learning from western medicine in the relevant aspects may supplement and perfect the symptom system of traditional Chinese medicine.
