摘 要:目的:探讨渗透泵技术实现中药复方多组分同步释放的可能性。方法:以六味地黄为模型药物,释放度测定采用高效液相色谱法,选择水溶性成分马钱苷和难溶性成分丹皮酚为指标成分,通过对控释片多种指标性成分释放度的测定,筛选最佳处方,并进行体外释药模型拟合。结果:渗透泵技术研制的六味地黄渗透泵控释片可以实现以水溶性成分马钱苷和难溶性成分丹皮酚为指标成分同步释放。结论:通过渗透泵处方与工艺的优化,有可能实现中药复方各指标性成分同步释放。This study aimed to investigate the possibility of using the osmotic pump technique to achieve the synchronous release of multi-component Chinese compounds. Liuwei Dihuang was used as a model drug. The release rate was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Loganin and paeonol were selected respectively as a water-soluble component and an insoluble component, through the determination of release. The formulation was optimized, and the in vitro cumulative release data was collected for release model fitting. Synchronous release of loganin and paeonolas, the index components, was observed on Liuwei Dihuang Osmotic Pump-Controlled Release Tablets. The results showed that by optimizing the prescription and process via the osmotic pump preparation, it is possible to achieve the synchronous release of Chinese medicine compounds.
