摘　　要：目的探讨隔姜隔盐灸神厥穴对胆石症术后尿潴留患者排尿的影响。方法按住院号的单双数,将69例患者随机分为实验组37例和对照组32例。实验组采用隔盐隔姜灸神厥穴的方法,对照组采用传统的诱导排尿方法。观察两组患者排尿情况。结果实验组患者在采用隔盐隔姜灸神厥穴方法后的30min、60min、90min、120min、4h的排尿率明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论隔姜隔盐灸神厥穴可降低胆石症术后患者尿潴留的发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of ginger-salt partitioned moxibustion on Shenjue point on urinary, retention after operation on cholelithiasis. Methods 69 chololisthiasis patients with urination disorders were randomly divided into a treatment group treated with ginger-salt partitioned moxibustion on Shenjue point （37 cases） and a control group treated with routine induced uresis （32 cases）. The therapeutic effects were observed and compared. Result The uresis rates in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 30 rain, 60 rain, 90 rain, 2 h, 4 h after intervention. Conclusion Ginger-salt partitioned moxibustion on Shenjue point is a safe and effective therapy to reduce the occurrence rate of urinary retention after operation on cholelithiasis.
