摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)老年患者餐前安全注射胰岛素的影响。方法对78例2型DM需接受胰岛素治疗的老年患者,实施注射胰岛素技能及药物知识干预。比较干预前后患者在注射剂量、注射时间、注射方法、进食时间配合、胰岛素储存技能及药物知识的正确掌握率情况。结果护理干预后,患者注射胰岛素技能均较干预前明显提高(均P<0.01)。结论对2型DM老年患者实施安全注射胰岛素干预,能提高患者安全注射胰岛素的技能及准确率,从而减少了用药并发症,提高了用药的安全性。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on pre-meal injection of insulin in old patients with type 11 diabetes mellitus （DM）. Methods The nursing intervention in techniques of injecting insulin and insulin-related knowledge was performed to 78 old patients with type 11 diabetes mellitus. A comparison was done with dosage, time for injection, method for injection, time for dining, methods in keeping insulin and insulin-related knowledge between pre- and post-injection. Result After nursing iute;vention, there were significant increases in techniques of injecting insulin and insulin-related knowledge, compared to pre-intervention （all P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The nursing intervention by safely injecting insulin in DM old patients is good for the improvement for compliance and accuracy of injecting insulin, reducing complications and increasing the safety of insulin injection.
