摘 要:为了探讨原位肝移植时供肝冷保存后复温缺血-再灌注损伤的意义,作者应用兔肝保存-再灌注损伤模型,观察了冷保存6小时后又经历了不同时间复温缺血的兔肝于再灌注前、后肝组织结构及功能的改变情况。结果发现,兔肝冷保存后即使经历一短暂的复温缺血阶段也会给其组织结构及功能带来明显损伤。且复温缺血时间越长,损伤程度越大。此外,肝脏在冷缺血(冷保存)期间主要表现为肝窦内皮细胞损伤,而复温缺血损伤则主要累及肝实质细胞。上述结果表明,原位肝移植过程中供肝冷保存后的复温缺血可能是导致术后原发性供肝功能损伤的一个重要原因。To prove the value of donor's liver rewarm ischemia-reperfusion injury after cold preservation during orthotopic liver transplantation. After the rabbit livers went through different rewarm ischemic period following six-hour cold preservation,thehistomorphological and functional changes of pre and post-reperfusive livers were observed with the model of rabbit liver preservation-reper fusion injury. It was found that the short rewarm ischemia might cause the significant injury of rabbit's livers,and the injury gradually increased with rewarm ischemic prolongation. Besides,the liver sinusoidal endothelial cells were main victims duringliver cold preservation. Meanwhile,the liver parenchymal cells were main victims during liver rewarm ischemia. Our findings suggest that the rewarm ischemia may play a key role in primary liver function damage after operation of liver transplantation.
