摘　　要：随着医疗水平和医药产业的发展,降糖药的应用对糖尿病的治疗起到了极大的促进作用,但同时药物引发的不良反应及合理用药也成为了糖尿病治疗过程中需要关注的现实问题。本文对磺脲类降糖药的安全性进行了初步阐述,旨在为临床合理用药提供参考。With the development of medical standards and pharmaceutical industries,the application of hypoglycemic agents has played a significant role in the treatment of diabetes,but at the same time,drug-induced adverse reactions and rational use of drugs during the treatment of diabetes has also become to be the practical problems.In this paper,through a preliminary dissertation on the safety of sulfonylureas hypoglycemic agents,The purpose is to provide a reference of clinical rational use of drugs.
