对原发性高血压患者服药依从性进行社区护理干预的研究

摘　　要：目的研究社区护理干预对原发性高血压患者服药依从性及血压控制率的影响。方法对73例社区原发性高血压患者进行用药的社区护理干预并对干预前后患者服药依从性进行比较，同时观察其血压控制情况。结果社区护理干预后患者对降压药物的使用基本知识掌握、药物的正确使用上与干预前相比差异显著，血压控制有效率为80．82％。结论对原发性高血压患者服药依从性进行社区护理干预，可有效控制患者的血压水平。Objective To discuss the effect of community nursing intervention on medication compliance and control rates of blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Community nursing intervention was conducted to 73 community patients with essential hypertension. The patients medication compliance was compared before and after intervention and their control of blood pressure was also observed. Results The difference was statistically significant in the comparison of patients knowledge of antihypertension and the proper use of antihypertensive drugs before and after intervention. Blood pressure control rate was 80.82%. Conclusions Community nursing intervention can improve patients medication compliance and effectively control the blood pressure of the patients.
