摘  要:为探讨不同季节以及不同地点采集的浒苔其多糖理化性质差异,采用水提醇沉法对黄海海域青岛沿海春(原料1)秋(原料3)两季采集的浒苔、2008年夏季爆发浒苔(原料2)以及东海海域福建沿海采集的浒苔(原料4)的多糖进行了提取,得到了4种冷水提取多糖PC1-4和4种热水提取多糖PH1-4。分别对8种浒苔多糖利用Q-Sepharose Fast Flow离子交换色谱法纯化后得到了12个组分。对各组分的总糖含量、糖醛酸含量、硫酸根含量以及蛋白含量进行了测定,利用气相色谱法测定了单糖组成,结果显示不同季节不同海域采集样品的化学组成及单糖组成不同。12 water-soluble polysaccharides from marine green algae Enteromorpha prolifera collected in different seasons and sea areas were obtained by extraction in cold and hot water successively,precipitation with ethanol and purification by ion-exchange.Their chemical characteristics including the content of total sugar,uronic acid,protein and sulfate ester as well as monosaccharide composition were investigated.The results showed that the polysaccharides from Enteromorpha prolifera collected from different sea areas had distinct chemical characteristics.The total sugar content of the polysaccharide from Enteromorpha prolifera collected from Fujian was higher,and its uronic acid content was lower.The polysaccharide from Enteromorpha prolifera collected in Qingdao mainly was composed of rhamnose,while the polysaccharide from Enteromorpha prolifera collected in Fujian mainly consisted of arabinose.As to the sample gathered from Qingdao in different seasons,the total sugar content of the autumn sample was lower than the others.The polysaccharide from spring sample was only composed of rhamnose and xylose,while the others consisted of glucose,galactose and mannose as well.
