体育教育专业人才培养传统模式问题及对策研究——以海南师范大学为例

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法对海南师范大学体育教育专业毕业生在就业和工作实践中存在的问题进行调查和了解,总体来看,主要问题有:缺乏对学生职业生涯发展的多元性规划、课程改革上阻力依然较大、教材体系和内容远远不能适应现代社会发展的需要、教学形式单一、学评价手段的单一等。针对上述问题,提出了两个创新培养模式:探崢以市场需求为导向的复合型人才培养模式和突出海南地区的区域特色的培养模式。The major problems in employment and work practice of Physical Education graduate of Hainan Normal University were found by using literature,questionnaire surveys and interviews methods.Generally speaking they were： the lack of diversity planning about students′career development,the great resistance in curriculum reform,the unsuitable material system and contents to the development of modern society,the deficiency of teaching forms and evaluation methods and so on.in response to these problems,two innovative training models were proposed： market demand-oriented training model and highlighting the regional characteristics of Hainan training model.
