摘　　要：目的：观察自拟的中药复方“康心汤”对病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法：34例口服“康心汤”与40例常规疗法作比较，观察患者的症状、心电图及心功能的变化。结果：“康心汤”组优于常规治疗组（P＜0．05～0．01）。结论：以现代药理学研究及病毒性心肌炎发病机理的基础理论为依据而自拟的“康心疡”对病毒性心肌炎有较好的疗效。To observe the effect of Kang Xin Decoction to treat viral myocarditis. Methods: 34 patients treat by Kang Xin Decoction were compared with 40 patients which were treated by conventional therapy. The purpose is to study the variation of symptoms, ECG & heart function.Results: The effect of Kang Xin Decoction is better than conventional therapy (P<0. 05-0. 01 ).Conclousion: According to the modern phamacological theory,the Kang Xin Decoction is more efficacious in treating viral myocarditis
