摘　　要：首先针对集中式数据库的不足和弱点,介绍了分布式数据库的特点及其优势,指出数据同步技术是实现分布式数据库达到数据共享的关键。介绍了Oracle数据库中解决数据同步的两种机制:高级复制和流技术。阐述了用Oracle流技术实现数据同步的技术过程,并用流技术设计了数据备份方案。结果表明,用Oracle流技术设计的数据同步方案用于数据备份是可行的。此方案同样适用于构建分布式HIS。the paper introduces features and dominance of distributed database, compared to weaknesses of centralized database, and emphasizes the key position of data synchronization for the distributed database to realize data share. Moreover, it gives a reference to, Advanced Replication and Stream Technology, two mechanisms to resolve data share in Oracle database, with the emphasis on Oracle Stream Technology. We expound the process of employing Stream Technology to realize data share and designs the program of data backup by Stream Technology. As it turns out, the program of data share recurring to Oracle Stream Technology and the employment of this program in data backup are feasible. Design distribute HIS based on this scheme is feasible.
