摘　　要：目的:探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术(URSL)治疗输尿管结石的临床应用价值。方法:应用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者305例。结果:305例患者中281例一次碎石成功,成功率92.1%(281/305);24例未一次成功,均为输尿管上段结石,术后全部行体外冲击波碎石治疗成功,3个月内结石均排净。结论:输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石安全、可靠,对组织损伤小,可做为治疗输尿管结石的首选方法。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureterscope（URSL） in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods： Three hundred and five cases of ureteral calculi were treated by ureteroscopic pneumtic lithotripsy.Results： Lithotripsy was performed successfully on one session in 281 cases with a success rate of 92.1 %（281/305）.The operation failed in 24 cases,with a effective treatment after the operation by ESWL,and stones were entirely expelled within 3 months after the procedures.Conclusion： With minimal invasion and pain,this procedure is safe and effective for ureteral calculi,could probably be taken as the prior choice in the treatment of ureteral calculi.
