摘　　要：目的：了解高血压患者用药及血压管理情况。方法：对２６１名高血压患者采用问卷、体检及化验等方法调查抗高血压药物使用情况、近一月血压水平及当日偶测血压数值，判断是否达到理想靶血压水平及与用药类别的关系。结果：被调查者９２％接受抗高血压药物治疗；其中单用或合用钙拮抗剂（主要是硝苯吡啶）者６５．９％。用药患者近一月及当日血压达理想水平者分别为５２．１％、５８．８％；其中单用或合用钙拮抗剂者为５９．８％、６６．１％，用其他药者为３２．１％、３９．７％。结论：钙拮抗剂是使用最多的抗高血压药，血压控制较好。但总体血压达理想水平者不到三分之二。Objective:To find out the situations of antihypertensive agents use and management of hypertensive patients.Me thods: 261 hypertensives were investigated with guestionnaire and physical laboratory examination to get the information of antihypertensive agents used and blood pressure.The relationship between the use of antihypertensive agents and blood pressure levels was analyed.Results:Antihypertensive agents were used in 92% of the total investigated cases.Among the treated cases the calcium antagonist was used in 65 9%,52 1%～58 8% of the total group and 59 8%～66 1% of the cases treated with the calcium antagonist got the target blood pressure.Conclusion:The results suggest that about 1/3 cases investigated didn′t get the target blood pressure.The calcium antagonist was the medicine commonly used.There are lots of works to do for the second prevention of hypertension.
