纵隔内囊肿的CT诊断及鉴别诊断

摘　　要：目的:探讨纵隔内囊肿的CT表现特点及鉴别诊断。资料与方法:搜集16例纵隔内囊肿的CT影像资料,其中男7例,女9例。全部病例均由病理诊断证实。结果:16例纵隔囊肿中,心包囊肿7例,支气管囊肿4例,淋巴管囊肿3例;食管囊肿1例;胸腺囊肿1例。结论:纵隔内囊肿的CT表现具有特征性。Objective： To investigate the performance of mediastinal cyst CT features and differential diagnosis. Materials and methods： to collect 16 cases of mediastinal cyst within the CT image data, including 7 males and 9 females. All cases confirmed by pathological diagnosis. Results： 16 cases of mediastinal cyst, pericardial cyst in 7 cases, bronchogenic cyst in 4 cases three cases of lymphatic cyst; esophageal cyst 1 case; thymic cyst in 1 case. Conclusion： mediastinum cyst with characteristic CT manifestations.
