摘 要:生物质能的开发和利用可缓解当今常规能源短缺和环境污染所带来的压力,热解气化技术可以大大提高生物质能的利用效率。在目前,一般生产可燃气的民用型生物质热解炉主要存在下述问题:产气率低、热值低、焦油含量高、可靠性低、运行参数待优化、燃气安全性低、环境污染等。为克服这些问题,通过热解炉模型试验研究,优化现有生物质热解装置工艺的结构及非结构参数,以提高其热解产品的产量和质量,降低生产成本。The biomass energy development and the use may alleviate the pressure which now the conventional energy source decreasing and the environmental pollution brings, pyrolytic gasification technology may greatly enhance the using efficiency of the biomass energy. At present,Civil biomass pyrolytic oven of producing the combustible gas mainly existence following question, such as low gas--produced rate,low calorific value was, high tar content, low reliability ,not a tunable movement parameter low, the fuel gas security, the environmental pollution and so on. In order to overcome these questions, through the pyrolytic oven model experiment , the existing biomass installment craft structure and the non--design parameter was optimized, the output and the quality enhances its thermal pyrolytic production, the production cost was decreased.
