摘　　要：近年来大量的多层建筑采用砖混结构,由于各种不同的原因,使砖砌体常产生各种形式的裂缝,影响观感和使用,甚至危及房屋的结构安全。因此,正确分析原因、切实加以防治十分必要,十分迫切。In recent years, a large number of multi-storey buildings adopt brick and concrete structure, it causes various forms of masonry cracks due to various reasons which influence perceptions and use, even endanger the structural safety of houses. Therefore, the correct analysis of the reasons, the effective prevention and control are necessary and urgent.
