摘  要:目的:进一步证实右胸电导纳容积波法估测肺动脉楔嵌压(PAWP)和左室舒张末压(LVEDP)的准确性,方法:选择健康杂种犬8只.用心导管术测定PAWP和LVEDP,分析右胸电导纳容积波参数与心导管测值的相关性.结果:PAWP与ha(a波高度)、ha/hz(hz=z波高度)的相关系数分别为0.83(P<0.01)和0.81(P<0.01);LVEDP与hc(c波高度)、hc/hz的相关系数分别为0.75(P<0.05)和0.83(P<0.05).结论:右胸电导纳容积波法是评价左心功能的一种无创方法.Objective: To validate estimation of pulmonary artery wedge pressure (PAWP) and left ventricleand diastolic pressure (LVEDP) with right chest electric admittance plethysmography (RCEAP). Methods:PAWP and LVEDP of eight healthy dogs were measured by means of catheterization. At the same timethe dogs were examined with RCEAP. Correlation between PAWP, LVEDP and parameters of RCEAPwas analyzed. Results: The correlative coefficients between PAWP and ha (height of a wave), ha/hz(hz=height of Z wave) were 0.83 (P<0.01) and 0.81 (P<0.01), respectively. The correlative coefficientsbetween LVEDP and hc C (height of C wave), hc/hz were 0.75 (P<0.05) and 0.83 (P<0.05),respectively. Conclusion: RCEAP is a noninvasive method for evaluating heart function.
