摘　　要：目的：评价应用导向治疗剂──99锝-亚甲基二膦酸盐（99Tc-MDP）治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）的效果．方法：RA患者51例，99Tc-MDP静脉注射．每日1支，10支为一个疗程．结果：治疗RA总有效率有82．4％，显效率25.5％，有效率56．9％，无效率17．6％．疗效的高低依次为轻、中、重度患者（X2-12．68P＜0．005）．长期服用强的松同时用99Tc－MDP治疗的4例患者，2例撤退了强的松，2例减少了用量．治疗过程中未发现任何不良反应．结论：应用99Tc－MDP治疗RA有一定的临床价值．Purpose: The therapeutic effects of 99Technetium-methylene diphosphate (99Tc-MDP) inpatients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) were analyzed.Methods: 51 patients with RA were treated with99Tc-MDP. An ampule was used by vein one day and 10 ones continuously as l treating period. Results:The total efficiency amounted to 82.4%, following 25.5%, 56.9%, 17,6% in marked effective rate, effectiverate, ineffective rate respectively.The therapeutic effects were closely related to the degree of illnessstate (x2=12.68 P＜0.005). The more significantly therapeutic effect, the more slight illness state Among 4patients treated long term with prednison, the dosage of the drug was reduced and stopped, respectively in 2patients after 99Tc-MDP. Any harmful reaction was not observed in all patients during the treatment.Conclusions:Our results demonstrated that the patients with RA could be effcctively treated by using99Tc-MDP.
