台湾机构典藏的特点及其对建立地区性机构典藏集群的启示

摘　　要：随着开放获取运动的发展和国内外机构典藏的渐成规模,如何完善机构典藏在平台建设、资料征集和服务等方面的内容以及建立地区性机构典藏集群成为必须面对和解决的问题。以台湾五所高校机构典藏为例,分析台湾机构典藏在呈现、内容、规划与管理三方面的特点,并介绍台湾地区"种子计划"的推广模式,为大陆地区建立地区性机构典藏集群提供可借鉴的经验。With the development of open access movement and institutional repository in domestic and foreign countries, the problem of how to improve the construction of platform, content recruitment and service of institutional repository and how to construct regional institutional repository cluster have to be faced and resolved. Taking five institutional repositories of Taiwan university libraries as examples, this article analyzes their characteristics in manifestation, contents, layout, and management, and introduces the promotion mode of ＂seed plan＂ and its valuable referential experience for the construction of regional institutional repository cluster.
