摘　　要：本文简介了目前三维放射治疗的发展情况，着重介绍了三维适形放射治疗、动态多叶光阑、调强放射治疗、三维放疗计划系统常用工具、计算机优化方法和逆向治疗计划问题、以及ＣＴ模拟定位机的最新进展，指出三维放射治疗的发展趋势，面临的问题和研究方向。This paper introducd the review of the development of three dimensional radiation therapy,and emphasized the 3 D conformal radiation therapy,3 D radiation treatment planning,intensity modulaed radiation therapy,typical tools in 3 D radiation treatment planning system,treatment plan optimization and inverse method, CT simulator.We show the future directions in 3 D radiation therapy, questions and research tasks.
