七叶皂甙钠对急性胰腺炎所致肝脏损害保护作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的：研究七叶皂甙钠对急性胰腺炎所致肝脏损害的影响。方法：Ｗｉｓｔａｒ鼠分为三组，正常组、急性胰腺炎组及七叶皂甙钠治疗组。通过对急性胰腺炎大鼠静脉注射七叶皂甙钠，测定肝组织内ＡＴＰ含量，肝脏的细胞能荷及血清乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）、血清谷丙转氨酶（ＡＬＴ）等各项指标。结果：用药组较对照组肝组织内ＡＴＰ含量高，肝功能损害较轻。结论：七叶皂甙钠对急性胰腺炎所致肝脏损害具有明显的保护作用。Objective: To study the influence on hepatic enzymolngy. energy metabolism with acute experimental pancreatitis and the effect of aescin on liver in pancreatitis. Methods: Rats were divided into 3 groups. control group. Ap group and aescin groups. serum ALT、LDH、and hepatic celluar energy charge were compared. Results: The aescin group serum livers of ALT、 LDH were significantly lower than the AP group. energy charge liver recovery was significantly higher with aescin group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Aescin treatment at AP decreused functional damge of rat liver. this implies aescin may be useful in the treatment of hepatic damage with pancreatitis.
