摘　　要：改革开放以来我国造纸工业取得了长足的进步。面对新的历史阶段,我国造纸工业的可持续发展,笔者提出了清晰的发展思路和一些建设性的意见。Since Reform and open a great progression had gamed by our country＇s pulp and paper industry.
