几种硫酸盐浆光催化漂白的研究

摘　　要：该文对七种硫酸盐原浆分别进行了添加RB和不加RB两种光催化漂白研究,发现添加RB的紫外光催化单线态氧漂白在脱出木素、保护碳水化合物、提高白度、白度稳定性等方面均优于空白样紫外光催化基态氧漂白。七种原浆中以蔗渣硫酸盐浆的漂白适性最好,漂后浆卡伯值最低、粘度降低最少、白度最高、返黄值最低。Photocatalytic bleaching for seven unbleached kraft pulps conducted photosensitizer Rose Bengal and blank samples（unemployed RB） were reseached in this paper.The experiment results indicated that the RB photocatalysis singlet oxygen bleaching was great superior to blank samples photochemical bleaching in the abilities of deligification, the pretection of carbonhydrates, increased brightness, reversion of brightness. The best Photocatalytic bleaching pulp of all pulps is the pulp of Bagasse, whose bleached pulp has the lowermost KAPPA number, the bestt viscosity value, the highest brightness,and the minimum of PC value.
