摘　　要：目的建立肺泰胶囊的主要成分异秦皮啶的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为HypersilODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),使用梯度洗脱系统,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(21∶79),流速为1.0mL/min,进样量为20μL,紫外检测波长344nm,柱温18℃。结果异秦皮啶质量浓度在2.00～10.80μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,Y=69427X+15961,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.89%(RSD=1.26%,n=6)。结论所用HPLC法操作简便、精确度高、重现性好,可用于肺泰胶囊主要成分异秦皮啶的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determination of the principal constituents in Compound Feitai Capsules.Methods The HPLC method was adopted for the determination of the principal constituents in Compound Feitai Capsules.It was performed on Hypersil ODS column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid solution（21：79）with gradient elution system.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the injection volume was 20 μL.The detective wavelength was 344 nm and the column temperature was at 18 ℃.Results The linearity was good within the range of 2.00-10.80 μg/mL for isofraxidin（Y=69 427X＋15 961,r=0.999 9）,with average recovery rate of 97.89%and RSD was 1.26%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which is suitable for the content determination of isofraxidin in Compound Feitai Capsules.
