血必净注射液联合抗生素治疗外科感染性疾病46例

摘　　要：目的观察血必净注射液对外科感染性疾病的临床疗效。方法选择湛江中心人民医院普通外科感染性疾病患者92例,随机均分为两组,在原发病的相应治疗和正规外科治疗基础上,对照组46例仅予抗生素治疗,治疗组46例予血必净注射液与抗生素联合治疗。评估比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组患者的感染在短期内得到控制,住院时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05),住院费用无明显增加。结论血必净注射液是治疗外科感染性疾病的有效药物,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Xuebijing Injection in treating the surgical infectious diseases.Methods Ninety-two patients suffering from infectious diseases in the general surgical department of our hospital were divided into 2 groups randomly and equally.46 cases in the control group were treated with antibiotics and other 46 cases in the treatment group were treated with Xuebijing Injections in combination with antibiotics.The therapeutic alliance and the curative effect of Xuebijing Injection on surgical infectious diseases were observed.Results Infections of all patients in the treatment group were effectively controlled in a short-term,while the hospitalized time was decreased without obviously increasing hospitalization expenses（P 0.05）.Conclusion Xuebijing Injection is highly effective in treating surgical infectious diseases and thus worthy of further application in clinic.
