从国家煤炭政策看国际金融危机下的中国煤炭进出口

摘　　要：金融危机对世界经济格局有着深远影响,对中国煤炭的进出口也有实质性影响。通过对比近几年中国煤炭的进出口数据,结合国家煤炭政策,分析国际煤炭市场及近年国家煤炭进出口形势,对2010年中国煤炭进出口发展态势的预测是:国际市场煤炭价格处于上升有阻力、下降有压力的状态,价格将延续2009年的水平,或有小波动;国际煤炭市场供需基本平衡,可保持稳定运行的态势;中国煤炭的出口将仍然保持缓慢下降态势,进口则可能维持在现有水平,不会有太大增长。Financial crisis influences global economic situation and China＇s coal import and export profoundly.Through comparing the data of China＇s coal import and export in recent years,analyzing the situation of international coal market and domestic coal import and export according to national coal policy,we predict the development trend to China＇s coal import and export in 2010 that the coal price in international market will keep a steady level with little fluctuation comparing to 2009,the demand and supply in international coal market remain basic balance and steady situation,China＇s coal import will keep slightly declining trend while export will hold in line without great growth.
