摘　　要：运动员管理信息化是当前竞技体育管理的迫切任务,是提高训练水平和竞赛途径的有效途径。针对当前运动员管理信息化的现状,探讨了运动员管理理论结构,研究出适合竞技体育的运动员管理信息化系统模式,并从树立信息化管理理念等方面分析了实现运动员管理信息化的必要性和可行性。The Athlete Information Management,as the urgent task of sports management,is an effective approach to improve the level of training and the means of competition.In view of the current status of The Athlete Information Management,we research into the structure of the athlete management theory,propose an athlete management information model for sports management, and probe into the methods of realizing The Athlete Information Management from all aspects such as establishing the concept of information management.
