摘　　要：智能网的优点在于用户可以参与业务的管理和控制，用户可根据需要自己修改工作参数及控制方式。本文探讨了用户利用Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ对ＩＮ（智能）业务进行管理和控制的方法，并采用ＷＩＮＣＧＩ编程加以初步实现，弥补了现有语言应答控制方式繁琐、易错的不足，为ＩＮ用户提供了一个直观、简洁的业务管理操作界面，便于用户使用ＩＮ业务。The advantages of intelligent networks(IN) is that the subscribers can participate in service administration and control,they can modify working parameters and controlling method according to their requirements.The methods that the subscribers take to administrate and control the IN service by using Internet and the realization of the methods by WINCGI programming are discussed.So the defect of complexity and easy error making in language answering control method is remedied.A direct and concise operating interface of the service administration is provided to IN users so that the subscribers can make use of IN service more conveniently and directly.
