摘  要:目的:探讨对社区高血压病患者及其家属同步实施健康教育的效果。方法:66例高血压病患者及其家属,在社区实施为期1年的高血压病健康教育干预。干预前后检测患者生活习惯、行为方式、体质量的变化以及对高血压病相关知识的掌握情况;用世界卫生组织生活质量量表评定患者生活质量的变化。结果:干预1年后,66例患者的生活习惯和行为方式各项目、体质量超标情况较干预前改善,疾病知识的掌握程度较干预前提高,生活质量量表各因子评分(除环境领域和精神支柱因子外)和总分均高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:对社区高血压病患者及其家属同步实施健康教育,可提高患者对高血压病相关知识的掌握程度,改善不良生活方式和行为习惯,生活质量明显提高。Objective:To explore the effect of synchronous health education on hypertension patients and their families in community.Methods:Sixty-six hypertension patients and their families were given a one-year health education intervention in communities.The patients' lifestyle and behavior,mass and the knowledge related with hypertension were tested before and after the intervention.WHO Quality of Life-100(QOL-100)was used to evaluate the changes of the quality of life in patients.Results:In the end of the first year after intervention,the patients' lifestyle and behavior was improved,mass reduced and the knowledge related with hypertension increased significantly as compared with those before intervention.The scores of QOL-100(except environment factors and spiritual pillar factor)were significantly higher after intervention than before intervention(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion:Synchronous health education on hypertension patients and their families in community can improve the patients' lifestyle and behavior,reduce mass,increase the knowledge related with hypertension and improve their quality of life.
