摘 要:常规服药一般一天三次,但病人间隔时间相同服药即每8小时服药一次是不太容易实现的。本文给出了一种不同时间间隔的服药方法 .夜间和白天的新陈代谢速率不同,对药物的吸收速率也不同,所以不同时间点的服药剂量应不同。根据药品浓度的变化率与服药量成正比这一建模机理,建立了白天和夜间药品浓度的两个数学模型。通过模型的求解与分析,得出了病人在早晨服药剂量相对较大,而中午和晚上服药剂量相同而且较早晨少。从而制药厂可根据此模型制造不同剂量的药片,方便患者服用。医生也可据此为病人开不同剂量的药方。使患者在最短的时间内痊愈,又不会对身体造成危害。Usually it takes patients there times in a day to take medicine. But it is not easy to realize the same time, every 8h, partition for the patients to take medicine, and the velocity of the metabolism is different between in the daytime and in the nighttime, so is the absorbing velocity of the medicine. So the patients shouldn't take the same dosage of medicine at the different point. According to the molding mechanism of direct proportion between variety rate of the drugs density and the dosage of medicine, two math models on drug density in the daytime and in the nighttime are built up. Solved and analyzed through a model, the patient takes the oppositely great medicine dosage in the morning, while the same and less medicine dosage at noon and in the night than in the morning. The different dosage of medicine slices are made according to the model in order to let patients take conveniently. Doctor can also prescribe different dosage based on this, so that patients can be cured without extra danger to our body as soon as possible.
