摘　　要：肝细胞移植被认为是一种可能替代整肝移植治疗急慢性肝衰竭和遗传性代谢性肝病的可行方法,也可作为肝移植前后肝功能支持的有效手段,具有操作简便、创伤小的优点。近年来,肝细胞移植开始应用于临床,在治疗急慢性肝衰竭和代谢性肝病方面取得一定的疗效。文章回顾了肝细胞移植临床应用情况,并探讨肝细胞移植在临床应用中的价值及一些亟待解决的难题。Hepatocyte transplantation may be a viable alternative treatment to liver transplantation for acute/chronic liver failure and metabolic liver disorders.Hepatocyte transplantation is an effective treatment to support liver function around liver transplantation due to its relatively easy manipulation and mild wound.In recent two decades,hepatocyte transplantation have been applied in clinical treatment and showed some effect in acute/chronic liver failure and metabolic liver disorders.Here,we sum up the status of clinical hepatocyte transplantation,discuss its value in clinical application and some challenges need to resolve.
