摘　　要：在经摩擦处理的聚合物取向层上，液晶分子是在离表面倾斜的某一极角上取向排列起来的。这一预倾角在设计ＬＣＤ时是一个重要参数。本文介绍了聚合物取向层的摩擦工艺，并介绍了测定在取向层中聚合物倾斜角的测量方法。本文还描述了在聚合物倾斜方向和液晶层预倾角之间的关系。Liquid crystal molecules on a rubbed polymer orientation layer are oriented at a polar angle tilted away from the surface,this pretilt angle is an important parameter in the design of LCDs.This paper introduces the rubbing process of polymer orientation layer and the measurement methods to determine the inclination of the polymer in orientation layer,and describes the relation between inclination direction of polymer and pretilt angle of LC layer.
