47例直肠癌患者肠造口的护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨直肠癌肠造口术患者围手术期综合护理措施，以提高患者的生活质量。方法以我院直肠癌肠造口癌患者47例为治疗组，同期40例患者为对照组。治疗组给予综合护理措施，对照组给予常规护理，观察两组并发症的发生情况。结果对比2组术后并发症，治疗组患者造口坏死、造口周围炎、造口狭窄及造口水肿等并发症发生率均显著低于对照组，P〈0．05。结论综合护理措施可明显降低直肠癌肠造口并发症，提高患者术后生活质量。Objective：To investigate the comprehensive perioperative measures of nursing for intestinal stoma of rectal cancer to improve the quality of life.Methods：47 cases of intestinal stoma of rectal cancer in our hospital were regarded as the therapeutic group.40 cases were regarded as the control group in same period.The therapeutic group received comprehensive measures of nursing.The control group received routine nursing.To observe the incidence of complications about intestinal stoma. Results： We compared postoperative complication about intestinal stoma in 2 groups. Stoma necrosis, inflammation around the stoma, stoma stenosis and edema in the therapeutic group were significantly lower than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion.. The comprehensive measures of nursing can reduce the incidence of complication about intestinal stoma of rectal cancer and improve the quality of life.
