摘 要:目的:探讨身体锻炼对老年人与人交往频率、心理健康水平和主观幸福感的影响。方法:选取天津市某社区60岁以上退休老人204名,采用自编老年人日常生活调查问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和费城老年中心信心量表进行问卷调查。结果:单因素分析结果表明,长期进行身体锻炼的老年人其与人交往频率、心理健康水平和主观幸福感均优于非锻炼老年人。多元回归分析表明,长期的身体锻炼和良好的健康认知感对老年人的与人交往频率、心理健康水平和主观幸福感有一定的积极影响。结论:身体锻炼是促进老年人心理健康的重要手段。Objective: To study the influence of body exercise on interpersonal communication rate, mental health and subjective well--being for the retired elderly persons. Methods: 203 retired elderly persons at the age of over 60 were random selected from a certain community of Tianjin. They were investigated by questionnaires of Self--editing Daily Life Checklist for Elderly Persons, SCL--90, and Philadelphia Geriatric Center Morale Scale (PGC). Results: Single factor test results showed that com- pared with elderly persons without any exercise, elderly persons who participated in daily body exercise enjoyed higher interper- sonal communication rates, superior levels of mental health and subjective well--being. Multiple regression analysis showed that daily body exercise and good cognition of heath exert certain positive influence on the interpersonal communication rates, levels of mental health and subjective well--being for the elderly persons. Conclusion: The daily exercise plays a key role on improving the mental health of the elderly persons.
