摘　　要：在研究国际图像压缩编码系列标准和ＩＳＤＮ多媒体通信传输性能的基础上，选用专用芯片实现了ＩＴＵ－ＴＨ．３２０标准的多媒体可视电话终端．由于采用了前后处理等多种措施，图像主观质量良好．On the base of studying the series of ITU T image encoding standard and the transfer capability of the ISDN multimedia telecommunication, we choose the special image encodingchips to implement the ISDN multimedia videophone terminal which is complied with ITU T H.320 standard.Because we use the postprocessing and preprocessing.The subject quality of the image is over well.
