光纤耦合半导体激光器纵向泵浦固体激光器特性的研究

摘　　要：利用光纤耦合实现了两个半导体激光器同时纵向泵浦ＮｄＹＡＧ激光器。实验研究了激光器的阈值和激光器输出的光强分布与泵浦光场之间的关系。实验发现当两个半导体激光器采取一定顺序启动时。Two laser diodes simultaneously pump Nd∶YAG through fiber coupling. The relationship among the laser threshold, the output intensity profile and the pumping fields has been studied experimentally. It has been discovered that the threshold of the Nd∶YAG laser can be lowered if the two laser diodes pump in sequence.
