摘 要:基于MgOLiNbO3(MgLN)晶体的Selmeier方程,计算了1079.5nm和1341.4nm激光在该晶体中和频的相位匹配条件和容承角,计算结果用1079.5nm和1341.4nm双波长NdYA-lO3(NdYAP)连续激光在MgOLiNbO3晶体中的和频进行了实验论证,两者相当符合,并得到了连续的598.1nm橙色相干辐射。讨论了1064nm和1318nm双波长NdYAG激光在MgOLiN-bO3晶体中实现双波长和频获得588.7nm橙色相干辐射的可能性。Based on Sellmeier equations for MgO∶LiNbO 3(Mg∶LN) crystal, the phase matched condition and acceptance angle for sum frequency generation of a radiation at wavelengths of 1079.5 nm and 1341.4 nm have been calculated. The calculated results were verified by the sum frequency generation in MgO∶LiNbO 3 crystal with a 1079.5 nm and 1341.4 nm dual wavelength Nd∶YAlO 3 (Nd∶YAP) CW laser. A CW coherent orange radiation at wavelength of 598.1 nm has been achieved. The possibility to obtain the 588.7 nm coherent orange radiation using a 1064 nm and 1318 nm dual wavelength Nd∶YAG laser in MgO∶LiNbO 3 crystal was also discussed.
