摘　　要：讨论了适合于大开间预应力混凝土平板住宅的各类结构体系,分别评析了各类边支承板和柱支承板大开间住宅结构体系的性能和特点,并给出了不同结构体系的适用范围。A variety of structural systems suitable for the large-bay residence with prestressed concrete slabs are discussed in this paper.The performance and characteristics of all kinds of large-bay residential structural systems with side bearing slabs or colomn-supported slabs are analyzed.The application scope of different structural systems are given.
