摘　　要：在分析火灾风险评估对建筑消防安全重要意义的基础上,论文针对目前火灾风险评估研究中存在的问题,提出基于对抵御和破坏能力分析的建筑火灾风险综合评价方法。论文首先建立建筑火灾风险评价指标体系,采取专家打分系统评价基本单元,应用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重值,并根据对抵御和破坏力量的计算分析,确定评价目标的风险水平。论文以国家体育馆进行实例分析,验证火灾风险评价体系在工程中应用的可行性。研究方法可用于进行大型公共建筑的火灾风险评估,对提高消防水平,完善建筑火灾风险评价方法体系具有一定的意义。On the basis of important significance of fire risk evaluation to building fire protection safety,the paper introduces the building fire risk evaluation method based on analysis of ability and frangibility aiming at the problems in the fire risk evaluation study at present.In the paper,the building fire risk evaluation index system is built at first,basic cell is evaluated by using specialist grading system,weighted values of all levels of indexes are confirmed by using Analytic Hierarchy Process,and according to calculation and analysis to protection and destroy ability,risk level of evaluation object is confirmed.At last,the fire risk evaluation of National Stadium is accomplished as example.The study method can be used in the fire risk evaluation to big public buildings,and there is some significance in improving the fire protection level and perfecting the building fire risk evaluation method system.
