摘　　要：讨论了大开间预应力混凝土平板住宅的概念和设计原则,该体系具有开间大、分隔灵活的特点,本文回顾了相关设计理念的产生和发展过程以及该体系在国内外的工程应用情况,重点研究了建筑设计原则、模数化设计方法以及基本开间进深尺寸的选择方法。The concept and architectural design principles of large-bay residential system with prestressed concrete slab are discussed in this paper.The characteristics of the system are larger free space and it can be separated freely.The emergence and development of the related design theories are reviewed,together with the engineering application in china and other countries.The architectural design principles,modulus design method as well as the selection of basic bay and deep sizes are researched emphatically.
