世界各国社会科学基金论文产出绩效分析

摘　　要：以2009年上半年度SSCI和SCI数据库收录的社会科学领域基金论文为统计数据源,采用文献计量学的方法对世界社会科学领域科学基金论文的学科、国家和机构分布与规模进行统计分析,首次得出了当前世界社会科学领域科学基金投入的总体产出绩效以及主要学科、国家和机构产出绩效的各项指标,对于量化评估科学基金制、乃至不同学科、国家和机构对社会科学发展的贡献度具有重要的现实意义。The distribution and size among subject, country and organization level of the social science paper subsidized by science foundations of countries indexed in SCI and SSCI database from January to June in 2009 were bibliometrically analyzed. The current performance indexes of science foundation holistic output, main subject, country, and organization in social science area were reported for the first time. It will be important realism significance for the indexes to evaluate quantitatively to the science foundation system and the contribution degree to social science development.
