急性百草枯中毒的救治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨百草枯中毒的救治方法。方法对8例百草枯中毒患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果2例放弃治疗，1例死亡，5例存活，存活率62．5％。结论尽早采取彻底洗胃、胃肠内吸附、导泻、持续血液净化、应用大剂量血必净、激素等综合治疗措施能提高百草枯中毒患者的存活率。Objective To analyze and stun up treatment of paraquat intoxication. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 8 eases of paraquat intoxication. Result Of the total number,2 eases abandoned treament, 1 case died,5 cases survived,of survival rate is 62. 5%. Conclusion We take measures as early as possible, such as gastrolavaging completely, stomach intestine adsorbing, catharsis, continlous blood purification and apply a large dose of xuebijing and hormone, thus can improve the survival rate of paraquat intoxication.
