摘　　要：网络资源是以数字代码形式将文字、图片、声音、动画等通过互联网发布出去的一切信息。国际关系史研究网络档案文献资源十分丰富,这些资源具有信息量大、更新及时、检索利用方便等诸多优点,但同时也存在稳定性差、内容庞杂等不足。网络资源利弊共存的特点,既为国际关系史研究提供了机遇,同时也给研究者带来诸多的挑战。因此,在利用网络资源时,应采取适当的方法和步骤,以扬长避短,充分发挥网络资源的积极的、不可替代的作用。Internet resource includs all information that stores characters,pictures,sounds,animations and so on in a coded form and spreads through the Internet. Now huge quantity of online archives resources are available for the study on international relationship history. On the one hand,those resources contain more information,updated more quickly and easier to use than the paper resources. On the other hand,they have many shortcomings such as bad stability,and disorderly multifarious contents. As the merits and disadvantages are coexisted in internet resources,and this brings scholars with both opportunities and challenges. So some proper methods should be employed in order to adopt online resource's advantages and avoid its disadvantages.
