摘　　要：为了开发出风格独特的混纺纱,利用亚麻原料中含外壳、麻杆较多的特点,对亚麻纤维和棉纤维进行了预处理,通过降低开清棉打手转速、优化梳棉工艺以保留大部分外壳、麻杆;合理并条、粗纱、细纱的牵伸工艺以改善成纱质量;偏大掌握络筒清纱工艺参数以保证纱线风格,使得亚麻Coolplus棉19.8tex混纺色纱试纺顺利进行,开发出了符合织造要求和设计要求的有色纱线。To exploit special style blended yarn,according to property of flax material containing shell, more flax stick,flax fiber and cotton were pretreated. Through reducing beater speed and optimizing carding processing, most of shell and flax stick were kept. Draft processing in drawing, roving and spinning process were set rationally to improve finish yarn quality. Winding cleaning processing parameter was set slightly larger to keep yarn style and flax Coolplus cotton 19.8 rex blended color yarn could be spun successfully finally color yarn that fit weaving demand and design demand could be exploited.
