摘　　要：探讨CJ/T 60/40 13 tex纱生产工艺。围绕降低棉结和毛羽,通过各工序优化纺纱工艺参数和采用必要的技术措施,开清棉工序适当降低各部打手速度;梳棉工序优选针布和梳理工艺参数;精梳工序适当调整隔距;并粗工序采用合理的牵伸倍数和纺纱速度;细纱工序优化专件配置和调整纺纱十段速度;络筒工序采用合理的张力和络纱速度;加强温湿度和基础管理,使CJ/T 60/40 13 tex纱质量达到用户的较高要求。Production processing of CJ/T 60/40 13 tex yarn was discussed. Processing parameter in each process was optimized and necessary technology measure was adopted, each beater speed in opening and picking process was reduced properly. Card clothing and carding processing parameter were optimized in carding process. Gauges in comb process should be set rationally. In drawing and roving process, draft multiple and output speed should be set rationally. Special components were optimized and spinning ten section speed was adjusted in spinning process. Rational tension and winding speed were adopted in winding process. Temperature ＆ humidity and basic management were strengthened, finally CJ/T 60/40 13 tex yarn quality could reach better demands.
