摘 要:为了提高强捻织物的织物质量、减少纬缩疵点,对纯棉、涤棉混纺、纯涤细号强捻纱进行了蒸纱定形。高比例涤棉混纺纱、特细号纯棉纱采用对筒纱进行蒸纱的方法进行定形;而细号纯棉强捻系列纱的捻度极不稳定,在后工序生产过程中极易打扭和产生纬缩,须对管纱进行蒸纱;纯涤纶及高比例涤棉混纺强捻系列定捻难度大,须先蒸一遍管纱,络筒后再蒸一遍筒纱。实践结果表明,通过蒸纱定形,减少了织物布面纬缩和色差,提高了产品质量。To improve hard twist yarn fabric quality and reduce weft shrinkage defect, pure cotton yarn, polyester cotton blended yarn and pure polyester fine hard twist yarn were steamed and set. High content polyester cotton blended yarn and superfine pure cotton yarn were steamed and set. For twist of fine pure cotton hard twist series yarn is unstable greatly, kinky yarn and weft shrinkage are appeared easily in later process, so bobbin should be steamed. Twist setting of pure polyester and high content polyester cotton blended hard twist series yarn are difficulty, bobbin should be steamed first, after winding yarn should be steamed again. Practice and result show that through steaming yarn fabric weft shrinkage and color difference could be reduced and product quality could be increased.
